Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase
Postage of return is the responsibility of the buyer
Once Rhian Kate has received the returned goods and checked they are in the same condition they were sent in, Rhian Kate will then send the exchanged item.
We do not except returns on earrings for health and hygiene reasons
Rhian Kate does not take responsibility for breakages from how the piece is worn
As Rhian Kate is a one woman band and the jewellery is made by hand, we aim to avoid exchanges where possible

We send our jewellery in boxes to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, if you do want to exchange your jewellery the jewellery must arrive back with the box it came in, in good condition
